Assembly lines from Transept are dedicated to assembly and transportation of components mainly in the electronic, electric, automotive, cosmetics and household appliance industries. Thanks to the unique and simple construction they are easy to install in many applications. Low costs and simple maintanance operations are also advantage for customer. 

 
 

Short description of Transept TR:

  • Pallet stops, lift & locates, sensor brackets, traffic control devices, etc. are already designed and ready to bolt in place.

The monorail transport design Transept TM allows the workstation operator easy access to the centerline of the shuttle. This provides an ergonimic assembly line platform.

The monorail transport is capable of a heavy payload capacity and high speeds.

This system is proving to be immensely popular in many of our customers applications.

 

 

The success of TRM system is due to a number of factors including unsophisticated technology, simple design, ergonomy, commitment to quality of material used in the manufacturing, easy maintenance, customer service, reliability and performance of the entire range.  

•      Our product is a conventional double way system fitted with rollers chains,

•      The workpiece carriers of 500x500mm to 1000x1000mm can transport up to 110kg each,

•      The workpiece carriers are fitted with pads and roll along the section (on the chain rollers),

•      Dampened stop units are located along the sections,

•      Automatic chain tensioning is provided by a spring tensioning device,

•      Elevation/sliding devices allow the workpiece carriers to go from one section to the next one,

•      Positioning at the working place :  
precision = 0,5mm.
